Terms for using SubdiviCore web and mobile services.
These terms describe acceptable use, account responsibility, and operational expectations for SubdiviCore users across the admin web console and mobile apps.

Operational accuracy
Users are responsible for submitting accurate records, updates, requests, payment references, reports, and supporting files.
Respectful use
The platform must not be used for abusive, unlawful, misleading, disruptive, or unauthorized activity.
Policy review
These terms are a practical starting point and should be reviewed before production or app-store submission.
Service operator
SubdiviCore is operated by NK Providers in the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions apply to the SubdiviCore Admin Web App, SubdiviCore Resident Mobile App, SubdiviCore Security Mobile App, SubdiviCore Service Mobile App, and related platform services.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SubdiviCore, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any policies established by the subdivision or organization that authorized your access.
Permitted use
SubdiviCore is provided for multi-tenant subdivision administration, resident services, security operations, service execution, facility workflows, billing support, communications, document access, notifications, reports, and related operational purposes.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, using only their own account, and notifying the appropriate administrator if they suspect unauthorized access or incorrect permissions.
Data and submissions
Users should submit accurate, lawful, and relevant information. Uploaded documents, images, proof files, requests, work-order updates, incident details, visitor details, gate activity, patrol details, and payment references may be reviewed by authorized personnel.
Prohibited activity
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, view data outside their authorization, interfere with service availability, upload harmful content, impersonate another person, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Service availability
SubdiviCore may be updated, interrupted, suspended, or changed for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons. Some features may depend on internet access, device permissions, backend availability, or subdivision configuration.
Administrative actions
Administrators may review records, adjust permissions, disable accounts, correct data, remove inappropriate submissions, or take other actions needed to protect users, records, and subdivision operations.

Requests may require identity verification and coordination with the authorized subdivision administrator, especially when records are needed for billing, security, accounting, audit, legal, or operational reasons.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Philippines, unless a written agreement with a client subdivision states otherwise. Review this section with legal counsel before production rollout.
Changes to these terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated as SubdiviCore features, mobile apps, integrations, or operational requirements change. The updated version should be published on this page.
